Meet the Manager: Shawn.

Shawn has over 6 years of orthodontic patient care and several years of health insurance expertise.  Shawn has the ability to maximize  orthodontic benefits while making  patient’s experience virtually pain-free.  For families without specialty coverage, Shawn will customize a payment plan for you and your family … interest free.

Shawn is a proud father of a son and enjoys spending time with his family. He is an avid baseball fan. He loves the Angels!  When he is not spending time with his son he enjoys playing on a  softball team.

Meet the Patient & Public Communications Specialist: Chris

Chris brings over 10 years of dental industry experience to her role at Dr. Sayed’s office.  Her experience includes practicing dental hygiene in Southern California, Oral-B Power toothbrush specialist,  orthodontic front office and treatment coordinator.  Chris has been married to her husband Rick for 30 years.  They have a son, daughter and two grandchildren, two and four years old.

Chris has many passions including studying Flamenco dancing, personal development, event production and marketing.  She belongs to several networking groups. Chris is also involved with the Sand Dollar Guild, which fundraises for the Ocean Institute. Her main passion is spending time with her family and taking her grandchildren on camping adventures.  Chris believes in the power of a smile and having experienced orthodontic treatment herself, knows how important a smile can be and loves helping others to achieve their radiant smile.

Meet the Back Office Manager: Sylvia

Sylvia has over 30 years of  orthodontic experience.  She brings a wealth of clinical knowledge, and a passion for orthodontics, which she shares with her patients and co-workers.  Sylvia ensures the back office runs smoothly  as well as assists Dr. Sayed with patients.  Sylvia’s greatest gift is her love of orthodontics and ability to make each patient feel like they are part of the Sayed Orthodontics family.

Meet the Orthodontic Assistant: Clara

Clara bring over 20 years of orthodontic experience.  She has an outgoing personality that puts a smile on the face of everyone she meets.  Clara loves working with patients and enjoys orthodontics, which is apparent in her demeanor and approach to patient care.

Clara is a proud mother of two she and loves spending  and creating moments with her children.  She is a passionate baseball fan and is an Angel’s season ticket holder. When she not attending a baseball game or with her children, you can find Clara spending time in her garden and working out to stay fit.
